We are currently seeking an energetic and motivated Graduate SAED Engineer to join our Malaysia Telco Team.

About You

• Positive, proactive attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil / Structural, telecommunications Engineer or similar
• Intern experience in steel structure design and analysis, ideally within telecom or infrastructure projects (bonus, not mandatory)
• Proficiency in engineering and modelling tools such as AutoCAD, (Revit, Tekla, STAAD, or similar – would be a bonus, not mandatory)
• Strong understanding of relevant industry codes, standards, and design practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within project timelines

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of SAED (Site Acquisition and Environment Design) documentation for telecommunications infrastructure projects.
• Support the design and delivery of telecommunications infrastructure in accordance with client specifications and relevant standards.
• Prepare engineering drawings, technical reports and project documentation under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Conduct site assessments, desktop investigations and data collection to support design activities.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Review survey information, existing asset data and design documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with obtaining planning, environmental and statutory approvals where required.
• Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with client requirements and company quality procedures.
• Support project planning by maintaining accurate documentation, tracking progress and meeting project deadlines.
