Role Description The Brand Engagement Sales Elite (Entry Level) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. This role is focused on representing client brands, engaging directly with customers, and driving sales through face-to-face interactions and brand presentations. Day-to-day tasks include learning product and brand messaging, conducting outreach and product demonstrations, supporting promotional events, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. The role also involves collaborating closely with the marketing and sales teams, following brand guidelines, meeting individual and team targets, and continuously improving communication and sales techniques through coaching and training

Qualifications

• Ability to ensure consistent and effective brand representation.
• Strong Communication skills with a focus on clear, professional, and persuasive customer interactions.
• Interest or foundational experience in Branding and brand engagement activities.
• Aptitude for Sales, including comfort with customer-facing roles and meeting performance targets.
• Motivation to learn in an entry-level environment; prior internship or exposure to marketing or sales is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore, collaborate in a team setting, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in English; additional language skills in regional languages are beneficial.
• Education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
