RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, design and develop collections aligned with brand direction, creative vision and market trends
Develop concepts, colorways and design details from concept to launch
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely development and delivery
Research market trends, materials and consumer insights to inform design direction
Apply strong technical knowledge to enhance design quality and functionality
Manage design timelines and deliverables across multiple projects
Support wider creative and design-related projects as required
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a designer with a strong established portfolio
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Design or a related discipline
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong sketching and visual presentation skills
Solid understanding of design, materials and development processes
Commercially aware with strong understanding of market and consumer trends
Strong communication, organizational and project management skills
Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative team player with a positive and creative mindset
