ICT ASSISTANT

JOB SUMMARY

To support daily ICT operations by monitoring systems, maintaining ICT equipment, responding to technical issues, and ensuring proper documentation and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor ICT systems, peripherals, and equipment to ensure proper performance.
• Respond to and assist in resolving hardware and software issues.
• Monitor system performance and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when required.
• Maintain ICT records, filing systems, and departmental documentation.
• Prepare monthly reports onsystem downtime, people counting, preventive maintenance, and related ICT activities.
• Assist in staff attendance monitoring and preparation of related reports.
• Coordinate departmental briefings and support compliance with QMS, FMS, and RTS requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, relevant authorities, and applicable ISO standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of server, technical, and network systems will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of administration and documentation.
• Meticulous, responsible, and possesses strong communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and change management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work on a rotational basis, including weekends and public holidays, when required.

Pay: RM2,100.00 per month
