Job Responsibilities
Design and integrate lithium-ion battery systems for forklifts, AGVs, and industrial equipment.
Configure Battery Management Systems (BMS), CAN Bus communication, and battery chargers.
Perform battery testing, commissioning, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
Provide technical support, on-site service, and warranty investigation.
Prepare technical documents, reports, SOPs, and user manuals.
Conduct customer training on battery operation, charging, maintenance, and safety.
Support product development, prototype testing, and continuous product improvement.
Assist the sales team with technical proposals, site surveys, and customer presentations.
Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Energy Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in lithium-ion battery engineering or industrial battery systems.
Knowledge of LiFePO₄ batteries, BMS, CAN Bus, battery chargers, and electrical troubleshooting.
Experience with forklift or AGV battery systems is an advantage.
Good analytical and communication skills.
