Job Description
- Oversee and manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Prepare and analyse accounts receivable reports to support decision-making.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
A Successful AR Accountant Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Permanent position based in Subang Jaya.
