Job Purpose

Lead end-to-end people management from recruitment/talent acquisition to talent development ensuring timely hiring of high-calibre personnel across support, administrative, and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer management, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future staffing needs.
• Manage employee lifecycle matters, including employment contracts, compensation and benefits administration, leave management, and personnel records.
• Coordinate performance management, employee development, and engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee relations matters, including performance concerns, disciplinary cases, and staff welfare.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, immigration requirements, and internal policies.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in handling employee and family-related information.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of HR experience, with strong hands-on recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
• Proven track record in sourcing and hiring talent across diverse functions and seniority levels.
• Good knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
