Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Electrical BIM models using Revit (MEP) for HDB projects
• Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings
• Model electrical systems including:
• Power distribution
• Lighting
• ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Data)
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with other trades
• Coordinate with ACMV, Plumbing, Architectural, and Structural teams
• Attend BIM coordination meetings and site coordination meetings
• Ensure compliance with HDB BIM standards and submission requirements
• Update models based on site changes and consultant comments
• Support project engineers in BIM coordination

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, BIM, or related discipline
• Minimum 2–3 years of Electrical BIM Modelling experience
• Must have HDB project experience (public housing projects)
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD
• Familiar with HDB BIM workflow, BEP, and submission process
• Good understanding of electrical services in residential developments
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
