Tanggungjawab

  • Act as the SME for SWIFT Alliance products (AMH, SAA, SAG, Alliance Cloud, SWIFTNet Link, RMA, HSM, PKI).
  • Manage and configure SWIFTNet connectivity, VPN, TLS, and certificate lifecycle.
  • Support onboarding and end-to-end integration of SWIFT MT/MX messages, including RJE XMLv2 format and AMH AMP.
  • Able to do routing rules changes on SAA and AMH to route the messages to specific channels.
  • Monitoring message status, system health, and error logs for real-time issue detection.
  • Investigate NAKs or rejections, troubleshoot formatting/connection issues, and communicate to respective team
  • Collaborate with security teams to implement and regularly assess SWIFT CSP controls, including mandatory and advisory controls, and contribute to the annual attestation process.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure teams for OS-level hardening, firewall configurations, and secure channel setup.
  • Provide support during SIT, UAT and SWIFT audits.
