Factory Manager (Food Manufacturing)| $7,500 + VB

• Working location: Tuas 

• Working days: Monday - Friday | 8:00AM 5:30PM 

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee daily factory production and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

• Manage production schedules, output, manpower and equipment utilisation.

• Oversee inventory, warehouse storage, dispatch and stock accuracy.

• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, freight scheduling and deliveries.

• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, food safety and workplace safety standards.

• Drive process improvement, automation and cost reduction initiatives.

• Supervise production and warehouse teams, including training and manpower allocation.

• Monitor operational performance and prepare reports on production, inventory and costs.

• Coordinate with R&D, Procurement, Finance, Sales and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Manufacturing, or related field.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations, preferably in food manufacturing.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and regulatory requirements.
