Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision
Monitor daily construction activities at the site.
Ensure workers follow construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
2. Workforce Management
Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
Allocate tasks and ensure proper coordination among different teams.
3. Quality Control
Inspect construction work to ensure it meets required standards and specifications.
Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken.
4. Safety Management
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and procedures.
Conduct safety briefings and monitor the use of protective equipment.
5. Progress Monitoring
Track construction progress and ensure work is completed according to the project timeline.
Report delays or issues to the project manager.
6. Material Management
Check the quality and quantity of materials delivered to the site.
