Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Perform sample preparation activities for new and existing development / technology projects / RE.
- Responsible for maintaining analytical equipment under their care to ensure always in good condition.
- Fulfill tasks and targets which will be deployed from time to time.
- Ensure compliance of 5S and safety rules for all machines, equipment and workstations.
- Responsible for disposal of chemical waste and critical waste.
- Have good communication skills to interact with engineers and internal team.
- To support ad-hoc request assign by superior.
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Minimum Diploma in related Engineering field
- Must passed SPM (including Maths & English subject)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Failure Analysis
- Experience in sample preparation and FA analysis tools.
- Knowledge in semiconductor backend process.
