Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Temporary Contract Staff to support the Customer Service team in managing billing activities. The role will be responsible for ensuring billing is processed accurately and promptly, system records and supporting documentation are properly maintained, and billing activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Customer Service team in the day-to-day billing activities and follow-up.
Verify and process customer billing accurately and within the required timelines.
Cross-check billing information against approved billing SOPs, applicable rates, and supporting documentation.
Ensure all required documents are complete, accurate, and appropriately approved prior to billing processing.
Escalate issues promptly to the representative customer service in charge to ensure a smooth and timely billing process.
Update and maintain accurate billing records and relevant system information.
Perform other administrative duties and support as assigned.
About You
Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred
Good in Microsoft Excel
Experience with CargoWise is an advantage
Well-organised, responsible, and able to work independently
Attention to detail
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply

Working hours: 09:00hrs to 18:30hrs
Company bus service is available to and from: Tampines MRT, Admiralty MRT, and Sengkang MRT stations.
