Job Responsibility

1. Responsible for on-site installation guidance, inspection, commissioning, trial operation, acceptance, and handover of C&I、Utility ESS project.
2. Complete integrated commissioning of PCS, BMS, EMS, battery clusters, fire protection, thermal management, power distribution, communications, and other systems to ensure safe and stable operation.
3. Independently perform on-site fault diagnosis, repair, replacement, software upgrades, and parameter optimization, and close out work orders.
4. Act as the on-site service interface, coordinating with customers, construction contractors, and suppliers to drive progress, quality, and safety management.
5. Maintain communication with HQ R&D, quality, supply chain, and project teams; accurately report on-site issues and track them to resolution.
6. Responsible for customer training, technical Q&A, and complaint handling to improve customer satisfaction.
7. Comply with EHS safety regulations and follow on-site work requirements including high-voltage safety, lockout/tagout (LOTO), working at heights, and fire safety.
8. Complete documentation such as work orders, logs, commissioning reports, acceptance forms, and spare parts consumption records.

Requirements

1. College degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, New Energy, Power Electronics, or related fields.
2. Familiar with energy storage system architecture; knowledge of PCS, BMS, EMS, battery clusters, fire protection, thermal management, and related equipment.
3. Able to read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and communication topologies; skilled in using multimeters, clamp meters, insulation resistance testers, CAN analyzers, and similar tools.
4. Familiarity with common communication protocols such as CAN, RS485, Modbus, and IEC 61850 is preferred.
5. Strong sense of responsibility: Take ownership of on-site safety, service quality, and customer commitments. Do not conceal or shift problems; proactively drive issues to closure.
6. Customer communication and adaptability: Able to calm customers, clarify issues, coordinate resources, and provide solutions under pressure, complaints, or emergencies.
7. Feedback and communication with HQ: Able to report on-site symptoms, data, actions taken, and support needed to HQ in a timely, accurate, and structured manner.
8. Passion for field work: Willing to travel and be based at project sites; enjoys solving real problems and adapting to travel and challenging environments.
9. Holding a low-voltage/high-voltage electrician certificate, working-at-heights certificate is preferred.
