Job Description
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
- Provide administrative support for HR operations and processes.
- Assist in the preparation and handling of employee documents and contracts.
- Communicate with employees and stakeholders in both English and German.
- Support HR-related queries and ensure timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Handle reporting and documentation for compliance purposes.
- Contribute to process improvements within the HR department.
A Successful HR Ops German Speaker Should Have
- Proficiency in both German and English, both spoken and written.
- Required German proficiency of B2 level, B1 can be considered.
- Knowledge of HR operations and administrative processes.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage employee data accurately.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to addressing employee queries and issues.
- Language allowance provided.
