Key Responsibilities

• Assist the kitchen team with prep work and cooking duties as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout the day
• Follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards set by the Jr Sous and Sous Chef
• Ensure ingredients are handled and stored safely and correctly
• Help with receiving and storing deliveries
• Work efficiently during service, supporting your teammates as needed
• Always uphold food safety and hygiene standards

Who we're looking for

• Some prior experience in a professional kitchen is preferred, but not required
• Eagerness to learn and take direction well
• Good attitude and team spirit — willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
• Basic understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene practices
• Passion for food and a desire to grow in the kitchen
