Klinik Iman or also known as IW Surgicare Sdn Bhd is a community-focused medical clinic that provides accessible and professional healthcare services to patients across all age groups. Known for its patient-centric approach, the clinic aims to deliver high-quality primary care with compassion, integrity, and personalised attention. And now! We are looking for a dedicated and skilled staff nurse to join our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle inquiries via phone or in person.
• Assist doctors during minor procedures.
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and availability of necessary supplies.
• Handle administrative duties, including billing, processing payments, and insurance claims.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to data protection guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking medical supplies.
• Perform basic medical tasks such as measuring vital signs (if trained and required).
• Provide health education and guidance to patients as instructed by the medical team.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least a minimum Diploma/ Bachelor in Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Able to perform as a Live Host (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using clinic management software and Microsoft Office.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
