Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Regional FP-A Analyst di Achieve Group - Maukerja

Our client is an established multinational business with a growing APAC presence. They are looking for a hands-on FP&A professional to support regional performance reporting, planning and business decision-making.

You will partner closely with finance and business stakeholders across APAC, working on management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across countries, projects and cost centres.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly consolidated management reports and performance-review materials for regional leadership
• Analyse P&L performance by country, project and cost centre, including variances and key cost drivers
• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-term planning
• Work closely with country finance, business, project and operational teams on financial analysis and project controlling
• Support reporting and finance discussions relating to joint-venture entities
• Reconcile management and statutory reporting with the accounting team
• Improve reporting processes, data quality and automation
• Build Excel templates to consolidate financial and operational data
• Support ad-hoc analysis, financial modelling and strategic initiatives
• Act as a finance super user for ERP and planning systems, supporting upgrades and implementation projects

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance with professional qualifications with 5-8 years’ FP&A, management reporting or finance business-partnering experience
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and consolidated reporting
• Advanced Excel skills, including data consolidation and reporting automation
• Comfortable working with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn data into clear business insights
