About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Massage Therapist to join our team at Blissglow wellness sdn bhd, located in Puteri Harbour Johor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality massage services to our valued clients, contributing to their overall wellbeing and relaxation.

What you'll be doing

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, tailored to the individual needs of each client
• Consult with clients to understand their specific concerns and customize treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-maintained
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and at ease during their treatment
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate client records and following safety protocols
• Continuously expand your knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development opportunities

What we're looking for

• A certificate in massage therapy, with a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, and a deep understanding of various massage techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide a personalized service
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
• A passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their wellbeing goals
• A current, valid massage therapy license or certification
