We are a growing SME healthcare company with a small and supportive team consisting of administration and operation staff. This position is suitable for candidates who enjoy handling people, organizing documents and helping to maintain a positive workplace environment.

Job Scope

• Assist with staff attendance and leave records
• Prepare simple HR documents and staff letters
• Help with interview arrangements and onboarding new staff
• Monitor staff files and basic documentation
• Support management with staff coordination and communication
• Assist with payroll preparation and monthly claims
• Help maintain a positive and smooth working environment
• Responsible for managing administration, document and license compliance, and coordinating office operations

Requirements

• Diploma or related qualification in HR, Business Administration or equivalent
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word & Excel)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and organized
• Able to work independently and in a team
