The RoleWe are looking for passionate, energetic, and dedicated English Educators to deliver top-tier instruction across various proficiency levels. In this role, you will teach diverse classrooms ranging from young learners to adult professionals, while playing an active role in institutional growth through cross-departmental collaboration, marketing support, and strong student retention.

Key Responsibilities & Student Scope

• Student Demographics: Deliver highly engaging lessons to Primary, Secondary, and Adult learners.
• Proficiency Levels: Adapt teaching methodologies to accommodate student levels from Beginner to Advanced.
• Curriculum Delivery: Teach core ESL programs alongside targeted preparation courses for IGCSE, IELTS, and TOEFL examinations.
• Classroom Management: Maintain excellent classroom control, curate creative lesson plans, and foster an immersive English-speaking environment.
• Student Retention & Growth: Focus on high re-enrolment and retention rates by tracking student progress, keeping lessons highly engaging, and nurturing close learning relationships.
• Administrative Ownership: Complete student progress reports, grading, curriculum preparation, and lesson logging efficiently.

Institutional Growth & Cross-Departmental CollaborationOur educators do not work in isolation. You will work hand-in-hand with our Education Counsellors to bridge the gap between academic excellence and student acquisition. This includes participating in:

• Joint Strategy Work: Collaborating with Education Counsellors to understand student backgrounds, providing feedback on trial class performance to help close enrolments, and sharing insights to improve retention.
• School Fairs & Roadshows: Assisting at local/international school open days and educational exhibitions to showcase our programs.
• Marketing Initiatives: Representing the centre at marketing events, roadshows, and community outreach campaigns to drive new student enrolments.
• Open Days & Placement Testing: Engaging directly with visiting parents and prospective students during in-house preview events and trial classes.
• Media Content Contribution: Cooperating with short video captures, photoshoots, or testimonials for the centre's social media platforms when required.

Qualifications & Core Values

• Language Proficiency: Strong native or near-native English language proficiency.

Our Interview ProcessTo maintain our high educational standards, candidates will undergo a structured, transparent selection process during their on-site visit:

• Initial Screening & Grammar Test: Candidates will complete the standard in-house Hans Language Centre grammar assessment to evaluate core technical language proficiency.
• Teaching Demonstration (10–15 Minutes): A short mock-teaching session conducted during the interview. All required lesson frameworks and instructional materials will be provided directly by the centre.
