Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and ensure works comply with approved plans and schedules.
• Prepare and follow up on defect and touch-up lists to ensure timely rectification.
• Coordinate site attendance and work schedules with subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate site schedules and records of project instructions, changes, and updates.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports with supporting photographs.
• Report site progress, issues, and updates to project team

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in interior renovation, construction, or site coordination
• Responsible, organised, and able to follow up on site matters independently
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
