Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and self-management.
• Maintain proper clinical documentation.

Patient Management

• Build strong patient relationships and encourage compliance.
• Communicate treatment plans and package recommendations clearly.
• Support patient retention and long-term rehabilitation outcomes.

Team & Growth Contribution

• Collaborate with clinic assistants and management.
• Participate in case discussions and internal training.
• Contribute to marketing content (educational videos/posts if comfortable).
• Support clinic development and brand growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
• Fully registered with AHPC.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (mentorship provided).
• Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills.
• Dry Needling or Other relevant skill certs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset.
