About the Role
TwoTowns is a Singapore-based personalised embroidery brand creating custom pieces inspired by the people, pets and memories our customers love.
We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable person to help us manage our day-to-day custom orders.
This is an entry-level role and no embroidery or graphic design experience is required. Full training will be provided.
You’ll occasionally use Adobe Illustrator for simple tasks such as opening and arranging artwork, adjusting sizes, and preparing customer previews. No designing from scratch or advanced Illustrator skills are required. Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator would be a plus, but is not necessary.
Most of the role involves working on a computer, preparing customer orders, sending design previews, replying to customers and making sure each order moves smoothly from customisation to production.
What You'll Be Doing
Prepare simple embroidery files using our embroidery software. Training will be provided and the software is straightforward to learn.
Prepare and send design previews to customers for approval using Adobe Illustrator. This mainly involves simple file adjustments and arranging existing artwork rather than creating designs from scratch.
Make simple adjustments to customer designs when needed.
Reply to customer enquiries through email and social media.
Update order statuses and organise approved orders into the correct production queues.
Coordinate with our illustrator when customers request design changes.
Help keep our order, illustration and embroidery workflows organised.
Occasionally assist with inventory checks and general operational tasks.
Who We're Looking For
You don't need previous embroidery or design experience.
We're mainly looking for someone who:
Is organised and good with details
Is comfortable using a computer and learning new software
Can communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Is responsible and follows through on tasks
Can manage several orders at once without losing track of details
Enjoys structured, organised work
Is willing to learn
Nice to Have, But Not Required
Basic familiarity with Adobe Illustrator
Experience in customer service, administration or e-commerce
Experience with order management or operations
