Job Summary
Provide administrative support for purchasing, logistics, and general office operations. Responsible for processing purchase orders, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and monitor order status until goods are delivered to customers.
• Follow up with suppliers on production schedules, shipment arrangements, and delivery timelines.
• Liaise with forwarding agents, transport companies, and suppliers to coordinate local and international shipments.
• Prepare and maintain purchasing, shipping, and delivery records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Update inventory, shipment, and order tracking records.
• Perform general administrative duties and support ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in administration, purchasing, logistics, or supply chain operations from 2 to 3 years is an advantage.
• Able to operate forklift.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
