Job Summary

You will manage daily cashiering, stock replenishment, staff training, scheduling, paperwork, sales reporting, ordering, and receiving to ensure smooth store operations and support your Area Manager.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently at the cashier station to ensure smooth transactions
• Replenish stock on shelves regularly to maintain product availability and presentation
• Train new staff on operational procedures and customer service standards to support team readiness
• Create and communicate weekly staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and smooth workflow
• Manage all paperwork related to store operations, maintaining accurate records and accountability
• Supervise staff performance and coordinate with the Area Manager to report on team progress and issues
• Compile and report daily sales figures and perform bank deposits to maintain financial accuracy
• Place daily orders and receive deliveries to maintain inventory levels and product quality
• Perform additional ad hoc tasks as assigned to support store operations
• Cover shifts as needed to maintain continuous store operations
