Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and experienced Lorry Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and collecting goods safely and on time, maintaining the assigned lorry in good condition, and ensuring all transportation activities comply with company procedures and road safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery & Transportation

• Safely operate and drive the company lorry to deliver and collect goods.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
• Ensure goods are delivered to customers safely and on time.
• Load, unload, and properly secure goods during transportation.
• Check delivery orders, invoices, and relevant documents before and after each trip.
• Obtain customer acknowledgement/signature for completed deliveries.

2. Vehicle Maintenance & Safety

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips.
• Check tyres, brakes, engine oil, lights, water levels, and other essential vehicle components.
• Report any vehicle defects, breakdowns, or maintenance requirements immediately.
• Keep the assigned lorry clean and in good working condition.
• Send the vehicle for scheduled servicing and inspections when required.

3. Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure all delivery orders and transportation documents are properly handled.
• Report any delivery discrepancies, damaged goods, or delays to the supervisor.

4. Warehouse & Loading Support

• Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
• Ensure goods are properly packed, secured, and protected during transportation.
• Work closely with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure smooth delivery operations.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Follow all company transportation and safety procedures.
• Comply with applicable Malaysian road and transportation regulations.
• Drive responsibly and observe speed limits and road safety requirements.
• Ensure the vehicle is operated only by authorized personnel.
• Immediately report accidents, traffic incidents, or other emergencies to the supervisor.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
