Full Time Barista Jobs, in Milolo - San Imaging Solution Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to the company's recipes and quality standards.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Welcome customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service.
• Recommend menu items and upsell products when appropriate.
• Handle cash, card, and e-wallet transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, including the coffee station, dining area, and equipment.
• Ensure food and beverages are prepared and served in a timely manner.
• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the Supervisor.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing stock according to company procedures.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Barista, Café Crew, or in the Food & Beverage industry is an advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Passionate about coffee and customer service.
• Willing to learn coffee preparation and beverage-making techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Knowledge of basic food hygiene and safety practices is an added advantage.
