We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Document Controller to support our growing Main Contractor project team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project documentation, ensuring that all project teams are working with the latest approved drawings and documents, and maintaining an efficient document control system throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Document Controller in Singapore construction projects(Experience with project topping-out).

• Experience with a Main Contractor is preferred.

• Experience in A&A (Addition & Alteration), condominium, or commercial building projects will be an advantage.

• Familiar with construction drawings, technical documents, submissions, and project correspondence.

• Strong knowledge of document control procedures, drawing revision control, and document management systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Experience with Aconex, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), or other document management systems will be an advantage.

• Well organized, responsible, and able to work independently under pressure.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage all project documents, drawings, and records.

• Control the issuance, distribution, revision, and filing of drawings and technical documents.

• Maintain and update the Drawing Register and Document Register.

• Track and monitor Shop Drawings, Material Submissions, RFIs, Method Statements, Inspection Requests, and Consultant Comments.

• Ensure all project personnel are working with the latest approved drawings and documents.

• Coordinate document submissions with Clients, Architects, Consultants, and Subcontractors.

• Prepare, record, and distribute meeting minutes and project correspondence.

• Maintain an efficient document filing system throughout the project.

• Provide administrative and document control support to the Project Manager and project team.
