Full Time Shipping Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Just Energy Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

a) Job Description

• Assist Shipping Manager to execute & handle import export activity (sea freight) and documents including coordinating customers’ bookings with ship liner, negotiate freight charges, co-ordinate with consignee for delivery, trucking, transport and storage.
• Ensure documents and operations process comply to Customs & other current regulations for smooth cargo clearance.
• Update container movement planning.
• Handling on-time and accurate shipping arrangement and documentation ( (sea freight).
• Capable of handling full set of shipping documents for export and import (sea freight).
• Coordinate with Shipping line, Forwarding agent, customers, and internal teams on shipment requirements.
• Liaise with Forwarding / Agent / Customer for shipping and custom clearance of products (import & export shipping).
• Maintain the records, including filing K1, K2, and shipping documents (sea freight).
• Complete the job task assign by Superior from time to time.

b) Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM/ Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree, in any field.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in shipping / import & export (sea freight) preferred.
• Computer literate is a MUST.
• Ability to work under minimal / supervision.
