Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Able to manage shift operations.
Deliver excellent customer service by attending to patrons’ enquiries, requests and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
Perform rotational duties including:
Box Office ticketing and cashiering
F&B preparation and sales
Ushering duties
Inventory checks and stock replenishment
General housekeeping and maintaining cleanliness of the cinema
Supervise, coach and support the training of new staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards and operational procedures.
Maintain effective communication and teamwork.
Assist and support the Cinema Manager in the day-to-day operations.
Assist in cinema events, promotional activities, and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A good team player.
Have a passion for service with a positive attitude.
Well-presented, polite and tactful.
Able to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts.
Full-time position – 5-day work week.
Prior experience in customer service in retail, F&B or cinema operations will be an advantage.
