Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Unica Campaign flowcharts to support marketing automation initiatives
- Design and implement Unica Interact solutions for real-time customer engagement
- Develop, test, and maintain custom Java programs to extend Unica platform capabilities
- Integrate Unica solutions with enterprise systems via APIs and custom code
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Unica workflows and Java components
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to development standards
- Requirements Essential:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Unica Campaign and Unica Interact
- Strong Java development background with proven coding expertise
- Experience configuring complex Unica flowcharts and campaign logic
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Preferred:
- Experience with RESTful APIs and system integration
- Knowledge of marketing automation best practices
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Understanding of data-driven marketing concepts
