About the role

Customer Service (Sales) role managing customer inquiries and student registrations for a tutoring centre serving students from primary to secondary level across all subjects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries from parents and customers via WhatsApp, phone calls, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms
• Provide clear explanations regarding tuition programs, class schedules, fees, learning packages and current promotions
• Answer customer inquiries quickly, accurately and professionally
• Contact interested prospects to obtain further information
• Follow up with prospects until successful student registration
• Assist in the registration process of new students and ensure all information is recorded completely
• Achieve student registration targets set by the company
• Build good relationships with parents and students
• Help resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally
• Update customer, prospect and student information in the company system
