Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented
Promoters
to join our mooncake tasting campaign during the
Mid-Autumn Festival
. You will play a key role in introducing our festive mooncake selections to shoppers through live sampling and engaging conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct live mooncake tasting sessions and explain product features
Engage customers warmly and offer personalized recommendations
Drive sales by highlighting festive promotions and assisting with orders
Maintain booth cleanliness and ensure sample replenishment
Process transactions accurately using POS systems (training provided)
Represent the brand professionally and uphold company values
Collect customer feedback and report insights to supervisor
Requirements
Prior experience in F&B sales or product sampling is preferred
Passionate about food and festive traditions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Additional Information
Training will be provided
Uniform and sampling materials will be supplied
Candidates must be available for the full campaign period
Work Location: Shopping malls / pop-up booths across Singapore
Employment Type: Part-time / Temporary
Working Period: 4th September – 6 October 2025
Salary Range: $12 per hour
