Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficiency in storage, goods receiving and timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate inventory and optimal stock levels through effective controls.
• Manage transportation and delivery activities to ensure cost-effective and on-time product distribution.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external business partners to ensure seamless supply chain and customer service operations.
• Lead, develop, and supervise warehouse and logistics personnel to achieve operational and safety excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service performance.
• Maintain a safe workplace and ensure compliance with WSH regulations, safety policies and operating procedures.
• Analyse and report warehousing and logistics performance, KPIs and operational improvements.
• Plan, execute and evaluate audit programmes, including stocktake, to ensure effective internal controls, policy compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Tertiary education in any discipline.
• Minimum 8 years' working experience in manufacturing environment, of which, 4 years' experience are in a store management role.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Excellent analytical, planning, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience on department budgeting and control, ISO 9001, safety standards and risk assessment.
• Must have normal colour vision
