Assistant Leasing Manager (Commercial-Central)

Location: Raffles Place
Work Hours: 5 days work week. Mon - Fri (8.30am-6pm)
Salary: Up to $6,400 + AWS + variable bonus (average 2-3 months)
Our client is a real estate asset management organisation in Singapore that manages and oversees commercial properties, focusing on leasing, operations, and tenant management.
Job Responsibilities:
Maximize portfolio income by maintaining high occupancy and securing competitive lease terms
Build strong relationships with tenants, shareholders, and consultants while ensuring lease compliance
Oversee leasing processes, documentation, and cross-team coordination for smooth operations
Prepare timely reports and ensure compliance with audit and governance requirements
Collaborate with team members and support development and organizational initiatives
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in commercial leasing.
Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant and approachable demeanor.
Holds a valid Real Estate Salesperson (RES) licence issued by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA).
