Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant service operations to deliver excellent customer experiences. Manage and train service staff, handle customer enquiries and complaints, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company procedures.

Manage, train, and schedule waiters and service staff to optimize team performance and coverage
Monitor and ensure high standards of customer service and staff performance through active oversight and feedback
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly to resolve concerns and enhance satisfaction
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely food and beverage service delivery
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
Assist the Manager with daily operations and manpower planning to support business needs and staffing efficiency
