A corporate training executive manages employee learning programs, designs educational materials, and coordinates training logistics to improve staff performance of Internal and External Partners.

Core Responsibilities

• Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Assess skill gaps by consulting with department heads and reviewing employee performance.
• Program Design: Develop course content, manuals, schedules, and e-learning modules that align with company goals.
• Facilitation: Deliver workshops, seminars, and onboarding sessions for new and existing staff.
• Evaluation: Measure training effectiveness using feedback forms, assessments, and performance tracking.
• Administration: Manage training records, handle vendor coordination, and process local compliance requirements or training grants (such as HRDF filings in Malaysia).

Common Variations

• Internal Training Executive: Focuses inward on staff upskilling, HR coordination, and employee development.
• Corporate Training Sales Executive: Focuses outward on selling and pitching corporate training programs and public courses to external business clients.

Pay: RM1,200.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
