Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Demi Chef di ION MAJESTIC HOSPITALITY SDN BHD Pahang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation, portioning and presentation.
• Ensure food quality, freshness and consistency.
• Properly store and handle food and ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work area.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and Halal requirements.
• Assist in monitoring kitchen stock and report shortages.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is properly used and maintained.
• Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Chef or management.

Requirements:

• Willing to be based in Genting Highland (Hostel Provided)
• Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant kitchen experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
