Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and resourceful Administrative Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and capable of handling day-to-day administrative duties with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Deliver general administrative and clerical support to maintain smooth and efficient office operations
Manage and track office supplies, furnishings, and equipment inventory to ensure availability and functionality
Perform reception duties by welcoming visitors and responding to general enquiries promptly and courteously
Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare agendas to facilitate productive internal communications
Maintain accurate filing systems and digital records to support easy retrieval and data integrity
Support the team with data entry, document preparation, and reporting to enhance operational workflows
Uphold office security procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment
Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by management to support business needs and team objectives
Royal Security was established in 1986 by its founder Mr Sigamani Kupusamy. He started the company because he felt he could make a positive change in his community by taking matters into his own hands.
