Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: Guide and motivate a team of Travel Specialists to hit individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and service standards.
• Performance Coaching: Monitor daily performance and sales conversion rates; provide consistent coaching and feedback to boost productivity.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee inquiries and bookings across multiple channels to maximize conversions and ensure absolute adherence to company SOPs.
• Lead by Example: Personally manage VIP or complex bookings, demonstrating top-tier client relationship management.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze post-travel feedback and performance reports to identify trends, service gaps, and areas for process or product improvement.
• Support Marketing: Assist with marketing activities as secondary responsibilities to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience within a travel agency across sales, product, or operational roles.
• Passion for Travel: Deep travel knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for the industry.
• Mindset: Highly sales-oriented with a strong team spirit.
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills.
