Job Description:

As a Senior Software and Mobile App Developer, you will be working with a talented team in developing Arcstone’s product roadmap focused on enterprise level solutions within the manufacturing and supply chain space. You will take direct ownership for the development of specific microservices or front-end modules as well as work with a team to build and deliver the best-in-class software solution by applying the industry’s best practices. Making sure Arcstone’s solutions are robust, easily configurable and user friendly will be key to making sure our tools become the industry standard for digital manufacturing.

What will be your area of focus?

• Devise and develop software solutions to solve present and potential manufacturing problems utilizing ranging from shop floor operations to global supply chain integration & coordination.
• Liaise with our engineers to iterate constantly and maximize value for the customer, always.
• Work with a global team to solve some of world’s most complex manufacturing problems and to coordinate, develop and integrate solutions that have a direct impact on the manufacturing floor
• Research and propose the right technologies and architecture for new projects to deliver simple to use and self-configurable toolsets for manufacturers
• Perform work requests for software changes and enhancements and work with global product teams to design the next generation of digital manufacturing toolsets
• Take ownership of your work through thorough unit testing, regression testing, smoke testing and integration testing to ensure robustness of the solution
• Leverage your existing software development experience and expand on them with new learnings and skillsets to continue Arcstone’s product development

What are the requirements of the job?

Must-have Skills:

• At least 5 years of software development experience, ideally in enterprise software companies
• Strong professional experience in C#/.NET Core and Web API
• Strong professional experience in ASP.NET Core and Angular web framework

·        Experiences with mobile development using Xamarin/Maui

• Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns
• Understanding and able to independently perform different types of testing such as unit test, regression test, smoke test, integration test
• Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a dynamic business landscape
• Self-motivated and driven to excel and deliver, able to handle stress with a positive attitude
• Confident to converse in excellent English, with teams across the globe internally and externally
• Strong documentation skills within and outside of code and a strong adherence to ensuring documentation is easily readable for developers and end-users alike.
• Proactive ability to take up legacy code, troubleshoot, refactor and rewrite as needed by working with engineers and product members to ensure legacy problems are properly repaired.

Good-to-have Skills:

• Experience in the following areas is a plus:
• Domain Driven Design (DDD) and microservice
• EF Core and
• DevExpress, Bootstrap
• CI/CD on DevOps
• Working and integrating with hardware components
