Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team and appointed real estate agencies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive bookings, sales conversions, and revenue growth.

Plan, organise, and oversee sales events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.

Source, appoint, and manage relationships with real estate agencies, service providers, and event organisers.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and pricing opportunities.

Develop pricing proposals, product packaging strategies, and project launch schedules to maximise market competitiveness.

Prepare annual business plans, sales forecasts, budgets, and sales targets for assigned projects.

Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports for management.

Coordinate digital marketing and advertising initiatives to enhance brand awareness and generate quality leads.

Conduct sales training and project briefings for internal sales teams and appointed agents.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales gallery and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Property Management, Real Estate Management, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in industrial property sales and marketing.

Proven experience in leading sales teams and managing external real estate agencies.

Strong knowledge of industrial property market trends, pricing strategies, and project launches.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Good understanding of property-related rules, regulations, and industry guidelines.

Strategic, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
