Role Summary
The Corporate Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for strengthening and amplifying the Pico brand across external and internal stakeholders within Singapore and Group level.
He/she will ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels, driving high-quality content and communications, and enabling business development through effective marketing resources, award submissions, and media engagement. He/she will also work closely with the Group Corporate Communications team in Hong Kong, adapting global direction for local execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. External Communications & Brand Management
- Manage external communications including advertisements, press releases, announcements, and marketing campaigns in alignment with direction and guidelines set by the Group Corporate Communications team
- Identify and proactively secure brand amplification opportunities (e.g., speaking engagements, industry platforms, partnerships).
- Manage media relations, including coordinating interviews and press opportunities.
2. Marketing Content & Collateral Management
- Develop, update, and maintain corporate marketing resources, including presentations, track records, case studies, and event documentation.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of all marketing materials across Singapore and group level.
- Establish and continuously improve systems for organizing and retrieving marketing assets.
3. Process Improvement & Automation
- Drive efficiency through the development of standardized processes and automation for marketing content management and external communications workflows.
4. Corporate Networking & Events
- Plan and manage corporate networking initiatives, including high-profile engagements such as Pico hospitality events (e.g., Formula 1).
- Leverage events to strengthen client engagement and brand visibility.
5. Awards
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend relevant award opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end submission process, including internal approvals and post-award logistics.
6. Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
- Lead internal communications across Pico Singapore, ensuring timely and structured dissemination of updates from key stakeholders (HR, Finance, etc.).
- Drive employee engagement through communications such as project highlights, award recognitions, and success stories.
- Standardize communication formats to enhance clarity, consistency, and engagement.
7. Business Enablement Support
- Provide marketing support for proposals, pitches, and tender submissions, including development of relevant content, credentials, and case studies.
8. Social Media Management
- Manage the local office's social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and day-to-day community engagement.
- Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned with brand guidelines and campaign priorities, taking directions from Corporate Communications where applicable.
- Monitor platform performance and engagement metrics, and adjust content strategy based on insights.
- Ensure all social media content is consistent with brand tone, messaging, and any regional/global positioning guidance.
