Kerja Sepenuh Masa Purchasing Assistant, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di UMECH CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

As a Purchasing Executive, you will be responsible for: -

• Researching and evaluating potential suppliers.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
• Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Perform daily purchasing operations, including sourcing and price comparison, issuing Purchase Orders, matching Delivery Order against Purchase Orders and Invoices, prepare GRN for submission to the Account Department.
• Negotiate payment terms and best pricing.
• Ensure all incoming Purchase Requisition is processed promptly and efficiently.
• Track orders, ensure timely delivery, and review quality of purchased products.
• Maintain updated inventory records of purchased products (e.g., vendors, quantities) delivery information databases.
• Establish professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure proper storage.
• Provide support to project cost control in procurement-related activities.
• Assists another ad-hoc assignment from time to time in its sole discretion, either verbally or written.

Requirements :

• 6 years and above of work experience as a Purchasing or in a similar position
• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Construction management or relevant fields
• Knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & SQL
• Understanding of supply chain procedures
• Attention to detail, positive, vibrant, and good working attitude
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
