Job Description:

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities including test execution, issue logging, and validation of system enhancements.
• Engage Recruitment Manager and business users to gather feedback, requirements, and suggestions for system improvements.
• Assist in tracking, consolidating, and following up on defects, enhancement requests, and testing outcomes.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to facilitate testing, training, and change management activities.
• Assist in documenting business processes, user guides, and testing materials where required
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years relevant work experience
• Minimum Diploma/Degree
• Ability to comprehend user stories and enhancement requirements
