* Plan, manage, and optimize logistics operations and supply chain processes

* Coordinate transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution activities

* Monitor shipping schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods

* Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners

* Negotiate transportation rates and service agreements

* Track inventory levels and implement inventory control procedures

* Analyze logistics performance metrics and identify process improvements

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, customs requirements, and company policies

* Manage logistics budgets and control operational costs

* Lead and supervise logistics staff, warehouse teams, and coordinators

* Resolve shipping delays, transportation issues, and customer complaints

* Implement logistics software systems and reporting tools

* Prepare operational reports and forecasts for senior management
