JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a tech-savvy, energetic, and people-oriented Sales & Support Associate to support the day-to-day operations of the BeONE Agency in Ayer Keroh, Melaka. The role combines sales, partner recruitment, partner onboarding, post-sales support, and practical use of everyday online tools. The successful candidate will work closely with BeONE Partners to help them register, onboard, understand BeONE products and services, generate sales, and manage customers effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales & Support Associate will be responsible for promoting BeONE products and services, generating sales, and recruiting new BeONE Partners. The role includes managing Partner registration and onboarding, guiding new Partners on BeONE products and sales processes, and providing ongoing sales support to help Partners become active and productive. The role will also provide post-sales and customer support, including following up on registrations, activations, and customer inquiries. The Associate will use everyday online tools such as Google Forms, Google Sheets, Canva, and WhatsApp to manage registrations, records, simple promotional materials, and Partner activities, as well as support the day-to-day operations and promotional activities of the BeONE Agency.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using everyday online tools.
• Good working knowledge of Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Canva.
• Comfortable using smartphones, computers, and online platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in dealing with customers and partners.
• Sales-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Good follow-up skills and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to learn BeONE products, systems, and sales processes.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, telecommunications, customer service, recruitment, or agency management
• will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and practical online tool skills are encouraged to apply.
