Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the photo selection process after their photoshoot (Sales)
• Provide professional recommendations on portraits, packages, and products
• Handle client enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and in-studio communication (Sales)
• Follow up on bookings, scheduling, and post-shoot arrangements
• Coordinate with photographers and makeup artists to ensure a smooth client experience
• Maintain accurate client records and basic administrative tasks

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and service mindset
• Basic visual sense and appreciation for photography and aesthetics
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or photography-related roles is preferred but not mandatory
• Comfortable working with clients in a studio environment

6 days work per week.
