Test Manager
Description:
Key Responsibilities
  • Define UAT strategy, scope, timelines, and approach
  • Prepare and maintain UAT test plans, schedules, and entry/exit criteria
  • Coordinate UAT execution with business users and SMEs
  • Ensure validation of end‑to‑end business processes and user scenarios
  • Manage UAT environments and test data readiness
  • Track UAT defects, coordinate triage, and ensure timely resolution
  • Provide daily/weekly UAT status reports and metrics
  • Act as primary contact for UAT governance and escalations
  • Support UAT sign‑off and handover to release/go‑live teams
  • Stakeholder Management & Reporting
  • Act as the primary point of contact for SIT status and governance
  • Provide daily/weekly SIT status reports and test metrics
  • Collaborate with development, business, UAT, and release teams
    • Support SIT sign‑off and handover to UAT or next testing phase
